HeyWren, Inc. ("HeyWren," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name, email address, company name, and role. When you connect integrations (Slack, email, calendar), we process metadata about your communications to identify commitments and follow-through patterns.
We do not store the raw content of your messages, emails, or calendar events. We extract structured commitment data (who promised what, by when) and discard the original content.
We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the HeyWren platform. This includes identifying commitments from your connected tools, generating AI nudges and follow-up suggestions, producing execution health metrics, and sending you product notifications.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who help us operate HeyWren (hosting, analytics, email delivery), and we require them to protect your data.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), row-level security in our database, and regular security audits. All data is hosted on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Commitment and follow-through data is retained for 12 months of rolling history. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@heywren.ai.
