Getting Started

HeyWren is an AI-powered work observability platform that gives teams real-time visibility into commitments, follow-through, and execution health. We live natively in Slack, email, and calendars—no new tools to learn or dashboards to check.
HeyWren observes your natural work patterns—meetings, messages, and commitments—without storing your content. We surface what matters with AI nudges, generate draft follow-ups, and trace commitments from origin to resolution. You stay in control of what gets tracked and how.
Setup takes under 5 minutes. Connect your Slack workspace and calendar, and Wren starts observing commitments immediately. There's no onboarding workflow or data import—you hit the ground running.
HeyWren integrates deeply with Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Microsoft Teams. We're expanding integration coverage each quarter—check our product roadmap for what's coming next.
Yes. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card required. You get full access to all features including AI nudges, draft queue, and commitment tracing.
No credit card needed for the free trial. We only ask for one if you decide to continue after 7 days. You can cancel anytime—no lock-in contracts or hidden fees.

How It Works

Wren uses natural language processing to identify commitments from your Slack messages, emails, and meeting notes. You can also tag @HeyWren in any message or add a commitment manually. Our AI learns your communication patterns over time.
Wren analyzes your messages to identify commitments and relationships, but we don't store them. Your raw message content never persists in our system. You control what channels Wren can access via Slack's permission model.
A nudge is a timely, contextual alert from Wren about a commitment that needs your attention—like an approaching deadline, a stakeholder waiting, or an unusual delay. Nudges show up in Slack and are action-ready: you can respond, delegate, or complete in seconds.
Commitment tracing follows a promise from its origin (meeting, email, or message) through every touchpoint until resolution. You see the full chain of context, who's involved, and what's blocking completion. Nothing falls through cracks.
Wren observes your execution patterns—how you handle commitments, your response time, meeting productivity, and more—and offers personalized coaching. Coaching is subtle: nudges, strategic reminders, and insights that help you improve without micromanaging.
The Draft Queue is a list of AI-generated follow-up messages that Wren pre-writes for you. Status updates, check-ins, reminders—Wren drafts them so you only review and send. Saves time and ensures nothing gets forgotten.
Before each meeting, Wren generates a briefing with open items, relationship health scores, and talking points based on your history with each attendee. You walk in prepared and meetings become more productive.
Tag @HeyWren in Slack or email to instantly flag any message or conversation for follow-through tracking. Wren will turn it into a commitment, trace it, and nudge you until it's done. A lightweight way to add context without leaving Slack.
Wren automatically identifies commitments owned by the person going out and initiates a handoff. You can reassign them, share context with a coverage person, or adjust timelines. Commitments don't disappear when your teammate goes offline.

Privacy & Security

No. We process your messages to extract commitments and context, but the raw content doesn't persist in our database. We keep commitment metadata, relationships, and follow-through metrics, but not your communication history.
We collect commitments, completion status, stakeholder relationships, response times, and execution metrics. We also track integrations, features you use, and product interactions. All data is processed with encryption in transit and at rest.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Slack and email integrations use OAuth so we never see your passwords. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and conduct regular security audits.
No. Your nudges, draft queue, and personal coaching are completely private. Managers can access team-level commitment health and follow-through metrics if they have a Team plan, but never your individual nudges.
Yes. HeyWren is SOC 2 Type II compliant. We undergo annual audits and maintain detailed security documentation. Enterprise customers can request a copy of our audit report and our data processing agreement.

Comparison

Project management tools track tasks within a system. HeyWren observes commitments across your entire work life—Slack, email, meetings, calendars—and keeps you accountable. We complement your existing tools; we don't replace them.
No. HeyWren works alongside your project management tool. If you use Asana, Jira, or Monday for structured work, Wren adds observability for informal commitments and cross-team accountability that those tools miss.
To-do lists require manual input and discipline. Wren automatically captures commitments from your existing communication, traces them across context, and nudges you with intelligence. You don't have to remember to add things—Wren finds them.
Most AI tools help you write or summarize. Wren focuses on follow-through—the hardest part of execution. We live where you already work (Slack, email, calendar), observe your commitments, and use AI to nudge you toward completion. We measure what matters: follow-through rates, not just productivity.
